It’s almost summer, which means it’s time to swap out some of your old beauty products for some fresh new items. With the help of these products, you can still look fabulous without breaking the bank. Note: this is not a sponsored post. All opinions are entirely based on my personal experience with these products.

1. CoverGirl Clump Crusher Water-Resistant Mascara, $8.99

I can’t say enough good things about this mascara. I’ve been using it for about a year now and I’m head-over-heels in love with it. This formula lengthens and thickens lashes without clumping. Also, the water-resistant version works just as well as the original, so you can rock flirty eyes at the beach or the pool. Say goodbye to spider lashes without spending a fortune.

2. Jergen’s Natural Glow + Firming Daily Moisturizer, $9.99

Like the mascara mentioned in the first point, this Jergens lotion is one of my essentials. We all know that too much sun exposure causes sunburn, wrinkles, and even skin cancer. At the same time, who wants to pass up a healthy tan? With this lotion, you don’t have to sacrifice your tan for the sake of skin safety. This summer, skip the sunbathing and apply this product for gradual yet noteworthy results.

3. Maybelline Unstoppable Smudge-Proof Waterproof Eyeliner, $7.49

This eyeliner will not budge. I mean it. There’s a reason it’s called Unstoppable. I’ve worn it to the beach, pool, outdoor festivals, concerts, and more. It hasn’t moved an inch. You need to check this one out. It’s perfect for summer.

4. Nuance Salma Hayek Flawless Wear Tinted Moisturizer, $7.00

Tinted moisturizer is my holy grail beauty product. I can’t live without it. Like foundation, it provides a clean base while masking imperfections and making skin look smooth. Unlike foundation, it’s not heavy and is therefore less prone to sliding off your face in the midst of a heat wave. With this product, you don’t have to worry about applying moisturizer either since it’s built right in.

5. Burt’s Bees 100% Natural Lip Shimmer, $4.99

I’m sure you’ve heard of Burt’s Bees classic lip balm, but have you tried their lip shimmers? These beauties are every bit as nourishing as their plainer counterparts, and they add a touch of color and shine to your pretty pout. Also, they’re all-natural. What’s not to love?

6. Aussie Deeeeep 3 Minute Miracle Moisture Treatment, $4.49

Between the scorching sun and the dehydrating salt and chlorine, summer is the season of dried out hair. If you find yourself sporting some lackluster locks, be sure to pick up a bottle of this miracle elixir.  This moisturizing treatment rejuvenates your hair in three minutes, guaranteed. And the longer you leave it in, the better your results.

7. Not Your Mother’s Beach Babe Texturizing Sea Salt Spray, $5.99

If you love the look of beach hair but aren’t anywhere near the ocean, this affordable salt spray is just what you need. Simply spritz a little onto damp or dry hair, scrunch with your hairs, and enjoy the beach babe look. Bonus: it smells like coconut!

8. Rimmel Natural Bronzer, $5.69

As someone who spends a lot of time indoors, even during the summer, I’m all about faking a glow when I can. Like the Jergens lotion, bronzer allows me to look tan without subjecting myself to the sun’s harmful rays. A few swipes of this shimmery shade and you’ll be sun-kissed and stunning.

9. Softsoap Body Butter Coconut Scrub, $4.99

Summer is all about tropical scents, which is why there are two coconut-scented products on this list. This scrub builds to a luxurious lather that cleanses as the little beads exfoliate. Use it before shaving to get baby-soft skin.
